Anyone wear a hip/pregnancy belt they can recommend?

I've been having hip pain for a month. I've been to the chiropractor and I've found little releif. I'm thinking about trying a hip support belt. Does anyone wear one or have used one? Do they work? Do you reccomend a certain kind?
