XP: Working opposite schedules

What are you going to do about LO's sleep? I have to be out of the house by 615, DH doesn't get home til after midnight and gets to bed at about 1am. I'm hoping to eventually get DS on a schedule (too young now) where he'll go down at 9ish at night, then sleep later in the morning, but I'm not sure that's going to be possible since most sites/books recommend bedtime at 630 or 7. DH needs sleep too, and I'm not sure how this will work out... I'm crossing my fingers we'll get to at least 8am with wakeup.

Thoughts?
