Overfeeding?

I pump BM and feed it to LO with a bottle. The doctor thinks that he is being overfed which is causing reflux. I feed him 4 ounces every 4 hours and then maybe 1 or 2 ounces in between if he is hungry. He has been eating 4 ounces since he was 2 or 3 weeks old but only now the reflux has gotten bad. I am not sure DS is actually overfeeding though. How much is everyone else's LOs eating? We tried reducing his intake yesterday to 3 ounces and now he always seems hungry and he isn't sleeping as much at night. The pediatrician said 4 ounces was good, but then the dr at the express care said otherwise. I am not sure what to do.
