Talk to me about bed time

For the last month we have done bath and bed around 7/730. He would normally take one good nap (3 hrs) and a little nap (30- 45 mins) a day. My DS was still waking every 3-4 hrs at night to eat too. Just this past week hes been taking three 45 min naps a day and doing bath/bed around 630 and asleep by 7. And now hes waking around 9 and 12 to eat but will sleep 5-7 hrs in a row! That part is amazing. I guess my question is when is your LOs bedtime? Is a sleep before 7 to early? 

Oh and our LO is a little over 3 months old.
