What do with the baby when you bring it home??

Just entering my third trimester and wondering what in the world happens when you bring home the baby?! What do you do with a newborn baby? How do you know when to feed it, change it, what its cries mean, etc??? 

 

Don't worry, I'm still researching feeding, newborn care, and everything else, but this worry had to be aired! Surely I'm not the only one who has no experience with infants and doesn't know what the heck to do with one!!!
