What can I eat/take to keep bile from coming up?

I'm so sick right now, and I keep having bile come up into my mouth. This happened in the middle of the night a few weeks ago and it lasted for hours. I need to go pick up my kids! Is there something I can do to stop this?

It's so gross and so uncomfortable.
