Overnight diaper recs please

Alex is a HUGE pipi man during overnight.  Everynight he wakes up with a FULL diaper... and lately it has been leaking and waking him/us up.  They are already in size 5 diapers, but don't think they are ready for size 6 (may be too big).  I went this wk to buy some type of overnight diapers at WinnDixie, which had very limited selection.  I ended up getting Pull-Ups in size 3T for boys (which should be big on him), but he leaked last night too (and not bc too big... bc too much pee). 

I have been limiting his dinner liquids, so he only gets his nighttime bottle before going to bed.

We had a similar problem a few months back and we got Huggies Overnights, but 1) they still leaked and 2) I found them way to bulky (seemed uncomfortable).  I looked at Pampers Overnights (pull-up types) but they didn't have them in his size (at least not at WD).

Anyway... any suggestions?
