Is your colicky baby colicky outside of the home?

DD is colicky in the evenings. I thought we would try to go to my mom and dad's this evening, but I didn't even make it out of town and she had a screaming, choking fit in ther car seat. Just wondering if your colicky babies are just that way at home or everywhere?
