4 week old having bedtime troubles

For the first 3 weeks DD slept wonderfully in her crib (in her room). But for the last several days getting her to bed has become a 2 hour ordeal. She gets very fussy and wants to go to the breast several times before going to sleep and will not sleep in her crib. She usually ends up in bed with us half the night and in her carseat (in our room) the other half of the night. We don't like her having her in bed with us and this whole bedtime ritual is becoming very stressful and hard on me. Has anyone else had this happen? We just aren't sure what to do, help!
