medela pump owners... or any other pump, please help

this may be a stupid question, but how do u clean the tubing on your pump? 

i tried taking pieces apart and soaking them with boiling soapy water, and now the soap is stuck inside .. it still works but i am worried that soap will mix with milk since i wasnt able to get all the soap out
