My LO is about 6 weeks old and he has had normal stools. Until last night he started to have a mucus like effect to it. Still the same color, it is runny though. He is not BF he is eating Similac Soy due to issues with regular Similac Advance.he is not running a fever and he doesnt seem uncomfortable or anymore fussy then normal. what could be the problem?
