Summer Infant Swaddle vs. Halo

I have both the summer infant swaddle sack as well as the one by Halo. We have found that DS is a much better sleeper at night when we have him swaddled, and we have even started swaddling him for naps. We had been using the summer infant swaddler for the naps but at night we were using the Halo one. The problem is that DS sleeps in a RNP and even that has been raised up in the back with some towels because of his reflux. The high angle makes DS slide down in the swaddle sack so that the fleecy wrap is in his face. He seems to do better with the Summer Infant one but I worry about the fact that the legs in that one are somewhat constricted and hip dysplasia. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? I was going to get another Summer Infant one today but I worry about the leg thing and him being swaddled for both bed and naps.
