What do you dress your LO in?

My LO is 9 weeks and I haven't really broken into the clothes too much - it's cold and I think sleepers keep him warmer both in the house and outside - no gaps for that cold air to get into. What do you do? Is your LO in a different outfit three times a day? Am I just lazy keeping him in sleepers?
