Anyone use the safety 1st bassinet?

I found a great deal on a Safety 1st bassinet and was wondering if anyone has any comments on how they like theirs.  I borrowed a different brand from a friend for my first pregnancy so I need to purchase a new one.  

The reviews seem to say that the mattress isn't thick, but I suspect most bassinets are like that.  I'd like to use this as a side sleeper option.
