Anyone experience this pain ?? :/

Hello Ladies,

 For the past 6 weeks I have been having pain by my right side, an U/S indicated I had a resolving cyst. They said the pain should subside in a week. Its been 4 weeks and I am in soo much pain it hurts to walk! Problem is, I dont have insurance anymore. I went to Planned Parenthood and they said they couldnt help that I have to call my OBGYN! Ugh. I guess i could go to the ER... I dont know, has anyone every experienced this or insight of what could be going on or what to do?
