Anyone's LO on similac sensitive but still seem gassy?

DD is 3 1/2 weeks old. She's been on similac sensitive for about a week now (previously bf), but still seems very gassy. She will be sound asleep and wake up crying and then fart and then fall back asleep. I give her gas drops in the bottle but nothing seems to work. Do I need to just give her more time to get used to it?
