Reflux -- should I call the pedi?

At DDs 2 week appointment I mentioned that she often chokes and snorts after feeding. The doc said it sounded like a touch of reflux and since she was gaining well not to  worry. She's still growing like a weed but the coughing/throat clearing has gotten worse and is now waking her up and causing her to cry. Should I call? Is there anything they can do for her? We elevated her mattress and that helps some.
