Another ultrasound?

January 2012 in 3rd Trimester

I am 29 weeks on Wednesday and I haven't had an ultrasound since 18 weeks, anatomy scan. I asked my doctor if we would have another ultrasound and they said no, but I just wonder how we will know if the baby is in position, breech, or anything? We've only had three total ultrasounds since the first one at 6 weeks. I was wondering if this is common?
