Clusterfeeding at 7 weeks?

My DS has been seriously clusterfeeding since 1pm....He gets mad when there is no more milk and then sleeps for 30 min and goes back at it. I didn't think there was a growth spurt at 7 weeks. Has anyone else experienced this at 7 weeks?
