Sit and Stand Stroller ?

I have a Graco snugride carseat, and I am really looking at getting a sit and stand type of stroller to go with it. I've done a lot of research and I like the Graco one I found, but there are several strollers I think might work better for me that are different brands. Has anyone purchased a sit and stand stroller that is a different brand then your carseat and it is still compatible?

Does anyone have the Graco Ready2Grow Stand and Ride?
