I can no longer wear a bra :(

Well, comfortably, at least.  I have been experiencing really bad rib pain for the past 8 weeks.  I've even gotten 3 new larger bras, including nursing and lightweight sports bras in XXL ( my pre-pg bra size was 34 C).  Every time I try to wear one, about an hour later, I am gasping for air and in so much pain.  It almost immediately dies down as soon as I take the bra off.  Luckily its winter and I can layer with a tight tank underneath everything. 

Anyone else getting these kinds of pains?  I asked my doc and she gave me her usual answer for almost everything... "thats normal, don't worry, just a few more weeks"... ughhh.
