How long should dh be home after the baby

Hi,

I'm trying to figure out how long DH should stay home when the baby comes intially I wanted 2 weeks. Now I am wonder is that enough? Is three weeks enough or too much. I'm a FTM so i'm pretty clueless. What would you recommend?
