check up questions to ask?

I have a check up today, 31 weeks, and I always forget what I want to ask once I get into these appointments...In your opinions, what would be some good questions to ask at this point?  Please no rude things, I really have no idea what I should be asking.  since its getttign down to the wire, I will definitely ask what I should do if I think I am in labor of course.  I just don't want to forget anything and have to call back.  :-)  Thank you!
