Playtex Drop-in nurser ?

We are giving these a try b/c DD isn't doing too well on the Dr Browns. (Level 1 nipples are a little too fast for her.) I have a few questions- How do I know how much she's drank or have left in the nurser? It semi-collapses so I can't tell! Also, do I squeeze the air out again, say after burping her half way into a feeding? Any other insight you csn provide will be great! TIA!
