Placenta Previa

Found out at my u/s that I have placenta previa. This is the first time in all 3 of my pregnancies to have it. I'm bummed out about the no sex and limited exercising but I'm stressing out about having to do a c-section. Of course I want whatever is best for the baby but I'm hoping my placenta moves away from the cervix so I can prevent the C. Anyone else have it or had it and it "fixed" its self?
