Pain above belly button

I'm 33 weeks pregnant. I have this pain about an inch or so above my belly button. Sometimes it feels like a burning, other times it feels like a severe cramp.But it's isolated to that area, it's not like an all over contraction type cramp. I've tried different postions, a warm rice bag and nothing has seemed to make it stop.

Any ideas what it could be? Should I take some tylenol? At what point, if any, would you  call the Dr? It's been going on for about 5 hrs.
