getting territorial?

It doesn't help that I am claustrophobic to begin with. But I have been getting crazy territorial. I don't want either of my pets near me. I'm feeling crowded with DD and DH on the couch with me. I just want to freaking scream "GET THE (BLEEP) AWAY!" I got so ticked at my cat earlier that I chased her up the stairs in our house yelling at her. I can't stand it.

Please tell me I'm not headed for the rubber room.
