Really right nipple?!

So I just noticed that my right nipple has 3 small skin tags on it. Ugh! I'm planning on BF and now can only think of LO ripping one off while nursing. Fabulous! How is this normal?! I was really hoping that since I have 12 days until my EDD that the only symptoms I would notice/feel would be contractions whenever LO is ready to make his appearance. I guess not....
