k'tan or hotsling?

i'm looking to get a carrier for our second child.  We have a bjorn and I could never figure the thing out with our first child who wanted to be held all the time.  HotSlings seem so easy to use but I worry about how safety of a newborn in one of the sling type carriers....I also like the K'tan.  The moby seems complicated.

What do you prefer and why?
