Odd question

Starting yesterday my face started feeling really tight, and slightly swollen.  Since my speech is perfectly fine, and my motor function is too, I very highly doubt that at 22 I'm stroking.  I didn't have anything like this during my last pregnancy.  It's only in my face, not anywhere else.  Is this something to worry about?  I'm considering calling and asking L&D about it, but wanted to check here first.  I can eat just fine, although I've had a little nausea since yesterday too.
