I've been cramping after an internal for 24 hours...normal?

Had an internal yesterday, and I've been spotting some slightly brown blood, as well as a lot more lower abdominal cramps than normal. I am 36 weeks and 1 day. I had an internal at 33 weeks, and I did not experience any of this. Should I be concerned?

 

Not that it means anything, but I was 1cm and soft. Granite, I could walk around like that for another month. So, I'm not reading anything into it.
