waiting to hear back from the doc...

doesn't the weird stuff always happen on the weekends? having some brown discharge (maybe spotting?) so i'm sitting here drinking water laying on my left side while i wait to hear back from the doc. i think a trip to L&D is kinda an overreaction at this stage, but i'm still nervous, as I have no idea how long it will take doc to call back. wdyt? am i underreacting? overreacting? anything else i could be doing to slow/prevent preterm labor? how long do i wait to hear from the doc (its been 45ish minutes) do you think i should just go in? tia!
