Does your 2-month old interact with toys?

Just curious what's normal. DS is 2 months old and will look at toys, but doesn't bat at them or grasp them. His hands are out all the time, but doesn't seem to be grabbing anything in particular or holding them/putting them to mouth. Should I be concerned?
