Anyone use something other than Infant Tylenol?

Hi ladies- we've got 2 month shots coming up shortly and I want to be sure we've got some pain medication on hand. Problem is that I can't find Infant Tylenol in our local stores (actually any Tylenol products- I'm guessing due to the recall a while back). Just wondering if anyone uses other products and what you recommend? I can find infant ibuprofen but am unsure about using it since we weren't supposed to use ibuprofen during pregnancy. Thoughts?
