Which birth control is better??

Hi Ladies

which birth control is better Mirena or implanon. I have cardiomyopathy aka (heart failure after child birth) and need a birth control that will stick for a few years. as of right now its not a recomended or wanted for me to become pregnant agin for a few years if ever agin because of my heart condition. any help you can give me would be great. thank you
