Blood-Curdling screaming

Anyone have any LO's under 3 mos. that tend to let out these AWFUL screaming fits for 10 min or so? We have a fussy baby in general, but usually only cries when she wants something. But these screams have come out of nowhere the last few days. Her temp is only 99.5. Any ideas?
