Hands free carrying baby?

I have the Baby Bjorne front pack buut I am wondering what else you ladies would recommend? LO wants me to hold him all the time but I need my hands free to be able to get anything done. I looked at the Moby but it seems complex to put on. Is there anything that is comfortable and easy to use?

Also, for you ladies that use the slings and packs are you able to put LO down in order to get any sleep yourself? This is my biggest trouble.
