I'm trying to figure out what works for my girls to get them to that ultimate goal of sleeping and sleeping longer at night. As a ftm, I hear everyone's opinions about waking or not during the day.
I've been pretty strict about keeping them on a schedule of feeding every 3- 3.5 hours during the day. Although they are only 6 weeks, sleep is not really happening at night. I just wonder, has anyone let your lo sleep longer during the days and not waken them to feed within the 4 hr mark?
What is more important to do during the days (or what do you find works best for you)- longer naps or following an every 3-3.5 hr feedings schedule?
Trying desperately to get longer stretches through the night.
TIA!
