2 week old - coughing

My 2 week old DD started coughing quite a bit - took her her in for her 2 week appt and pedi said her lungs are clear and it's quite normal for them to cough since they can't clear their throats. I don't recall DS doing this

 Anyone else have a newborn coughing? What are you doing to help them? I just feel so bad for her.
