Baby won't take bottle anymore?

My LO used to take bottles (breastmilk and/or formula occasionally) from my DH at night while I do my thing. The past 3 days he hasn't taken the bottle. He just wants the boob. He has been a little more fussy but I don't think he is sick. DH thinks its b/c I am spoiling him but I told him that I thought he was too young to be spoiled. We tried changing bottles, changing nipples, room temp/warm/cold formula/BM. I dont mind just BF but I go back to work in 5 weeks and am getting worried.

Does anyone have some suggestions for me?
