Not for the faint of heart...possibly TMI

I am wondering if anyone else is having this issue.

 I gave birth almost six weeks ago. Fortunately no tearing so no need for stitches. I pushed for approximately 20 minutes. Since then, I am experiecing bowel movements every few days, which is normal for me, but the stool itself is very large and long, shaped like the colon, and extremely difficulty to pass. It is almost like giving birth again . Any suggestions on what I can do, or similar experience? Did i mess up my colon during birth..if thats possible.
