does your swing still swing?

My baby swing says it can handle up to 25lbs, My DD is only 10.6lbs and the darn thing stopped swinging..Maybe its the motor because it was given to us from a friend and her DD is like 4 so its older and have been used quit a bit.. Or maybe it CANT actually hold up to 25lbs.. Whatever the case is I'm POed she loved her swing and I loved putting her in it to nap...

Does you swing still swing ? Can you recommended a swing for a decent price that will hold the weight?
