I totally forgot to ask the doctor today!

So I was going to ask the doctor today but totally forgot. I will probably end up just calling the nurse but thought i would post something here first.

I'm taking the gummy prenatal vitiams. I noticed though that there is no iron or calicum in them. Should I be taking iron and calicum suppliments? If yes, then how should I be doing the amount recommended on the bottle?
