Just a quick question

So I was just wondering what everyone else does. I keep seeing posts about things to do later in pregnancy, labor and delivery, and after the baby is born. I'm afraid that by the time these things roll around I'll have forgotten what I read on here. Is there any way that you save things you see on here? Do you keep a notebook?

Just looking for ideas.
