DH quitting

Since we have found out we are pregnant, maybe a little bit before that DH has been trying his hardest to quit smoking. It's been a struggle. I think this weekend he has decided to go cold turkey. YIKES! He has been smoking since he was 13 years old and he is 27. He struggles in the morning and in the evening. We are both very emotional people. Especially now since I am pregnant and he is quitting.

Can anyone give me some advice on how to be able to help him deal with him wanting to go cold turkey? I already try to give him his space during the afternoons when he gets off of work, but this weekend his doesn't work half as much so we will probably be around each other more or at least in the house. Before I got pregnant, we always around so this is hard as it is.
