My Boobs are Wondering...

Two days ago I ended up in the hospital with a boob and uterus infection.  My right breast is still extremely tender and hard as a rock on the upper and outer quadrants.  I know I probably have some plugged ducts and have tried to fix them with hot showers and hot compresses, and massaging it out but it hurts sooo bad! My supply has gone down immensely and only get 1 oz out of it and it just feels engorged and stings terribly!  Has anyone else experienced this, and does it ever get better?  Any tips?  Thanks!
