2nd Trimester

Thanks for the advice yesterday...

I posted about not feeling right in the morning.  Well last night I ate a little something before bed (as suggested).  I woke up feeling better, and then had a bagel and a glass of milk.  Didn't have to sit down at all so maybe that was the problem.  I am still going to mention it at my next appointment though, just in case it has something to do with iron levels, as one person mentioned. 

Only downside is I feel like I am eating too much now.  Since the bagel and milk at 6am I have had a greek yogurt @8am and now I just ate some grapes!  Looks like I need to eat about every 2 hours of so!  What are your eating habits like now?
