Tummy sleep is our friend
We have no other risk factors....we don't smoke, we're only doing it for naps when we're awake, she's sleeping in the crib, no soft bedding or even bumpers. I have a ceiling fan running, an Angelcare monitor on, she can roll from belly to back, and she has reflux and supposedly reflux babies are more comfy on their tummies because the way their neck lays blocks the acid from coming up the esophagus.
It can't be healthy for a 10-week-old to be awake from 7 am until 9 pm, unable to sleep anywhere for more than 5-10 minutes (even in the car, the swing, or anywhere else, and screams when I swaddle or try to wear her), and spending hours every day crying. She's resting and there's plenty of airflow around her face. So why do I feel so guilty?
