Are you registering for the little stuff?

Grooming kits, nasal aspirators, thermometers.. that kind of thing?  I feel like I've maxed out our registry but my SIL said I need to add a bunch more stuff.  I think she's worried we'll "run out" between the shower my mom's throwing, my work, and her out of town shower for that branch of the family.  I don't know what else to add besides a ton of toys the baby won't need, clothes people will buy anyway, and little medicine cabinet type stuff.
