2nd Trimester

Advice for exercise at 22 weeks!

Hello Everyone,

Up until this point i have not had the energy to exercise very much, other than walking around like crazy at work (being a nurse and all)

I have heard that i should not start an intense workout routine this late in my pregnancy but i would like to start with something at my gym...other than the walking of course.

Does anyone have any advice for me?
